Kim, Sora

Sora Kim is a Post-doc in the Geology and Geophysics department at the University of Wyoming. She received her PhD from the Earth and Planetary Sciences Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz and participated in the PDP during 2008 and 2009. During both years of participation she participated in the development of WEST, Workshops for Engineering and Sciences Transfer Students, focusing on activities for Physical Science majors. Sora’s dissertation research focused on the ecology of sharks using stable isotope techniques and her interests include ecological and evolutionary responses to past periods of climate change.
